Hello and welcome to Five for a Fiver where you will find a bank of great 5-ingredient recipes that cost just £5 or less.
It’s tough in the UK to not only find the time to cook healthy meals for the whole family but to afford a well-rounded and nutritional diet on a reasonable budget. My once/twice/thrice weekly shops at the local supermarket would easily turn into at least £20 a pop. So, I decided to challenge myself and make healthy meals at the cheapest I could afford to make them and realised that, actually, it was quite doable to keep costs low. Surprisingly, I have managed to create tons of recipes that only add up to £5 or less – hence Five for a Fiver was born.
How to use Five for a Fiver
